How it works

01

Describe the matter

Write the matter in plain English, as you would to a colleague. Hence identifies the forum, the matter type, who you act for and the legally relevant facts, under BNSS or the old CrPC.

02

Estimate the outcome

A model trained on verified orders estimates the outlook and breaks it down by fact, bench and counsel. Thin records are shrunk toward the average so they can't overclaim.

03

Prepare the strategy

A strategy note: what to lead with, what the other side will argue, and what to file. It cites only curated Supreme Court authority and never invents case law.

Capabilities

Outcome outlook

The likelihood of a favourable order on your facts, before a specific bench or the roster as a whole.

Bench outlook

How each bench on the current roster has ruled on comparable facts, with time to disposal and hearing counts.

Counsel finder

Advocates ranked by track record in your matter type and before your bench, measured against what the facts predicted.

Forum comparison

Where more than one court has jurisdiction, compare the likely outcome and median time to an order in each.

Judgment search

Full-text search across every ingested judgment, each tagged with its bench, counsel, outcome and facts.

Strategy note

A privileged note you can export: lead arguments, anticipated objections, the authorities in play and next steps.

Verification and audit

  • Verified against the text. Every bench and advocate name must appear in the judgment itself, and misspellings are corrected from it.
  • Outcomes cross-checked. The extracted result must agree with the operative order. Anything that doesn't goes to a review queue, not the statistics.
  • Interim orders excluded. Protection "till the next date" is not a decision, so it isn't counted as one.
  • Independently audited. A random sample is re-read by a stronger model to measure accuracy, and the results are published in the product.
  • No proximity data. Hence never models who knows whom. Advocates related to a bench are excluded under the BCI Rules.
